TASKS: • Define go-to-market strategies for both existing and new products. • Discover and validate new acquisition channels and growth opportunities. • Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments to identify what deserves to scale. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to bring growth initiatives to market. • Make decisions based on data, unit economics, and commercial impact rather than assumptions. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience growing international B2C subscription products. • Proven track record of launching new growth initiatives from 0 to 1. • Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margin). • Experience across multiple acquisition channels rather than a single marketing specialization. • Active use of AI in day-to-day work to accelerate research, execution, and decision-making. • Experience with the US market is a strong plus.
