Project Manager

Position: Project Manager (PM client-facing, DACH) Company: Xmethod.de What we offer: €48,000-€72,000 gross per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects. We are XMethod (xmethod.de) — an IT development studio helping businesses in the DACH region bring digital products to life: web & mobile apps, automation, AI-powered solutions, and more. We work in custom software development — and we need a PM who truly gets what that means.. 🔸Who we're looking for: – Lead presales: uncover real client needs, translate business problems into concrete technical solutions, estimate scope, and present/defend proposals – Own full project lifecycle — from kickoff to delivery: planning, team coordination, budget, timelines, quality, and margin – Be the primary point of contact for DACH clients — in German, fluently, confidently – Work closely with our dev, design, and QA team throughout delivery – Navigate modern tech landscape (mobile apps, automation, AI integrations, UX/UI) well enough to advise clients and shape solutions 🔸What you'll do: – Background in IT project management at a service/agency company — this is a must – Strong in presales and discovery: you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and turn vague client goals into a clear development plan – Fluent German and English (DACH is our primary market) – Comfortable owning both client relationships and internal delivery – Middle level with real IT project experience and high ownership mindset 🔸What we offer: – Fully remote, async-friendly – Real ownership — you'll shape how projects run, not just report status – Interesting clients, real products, tight and professional team – Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses tied to project and presales results – €48,000-€72,000 per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects.
